Founder of Elias Engineering & Consulting in 2023, Sebastien Elias is a civil engineer graduated from EIVP (Ecole des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris) and CHEBAP (Centre des Hautes Etudes du Béton Armé et Précontraint).

He has participated in the construction of the most important prestressed concrete structures in the energy sector over the past 18 years.

He is the specialist of several internationally recognized prestressing systems (FREYSSINET, VSL, TENSA, BBR, etc.) and has managed their implementation on numerous nuclear power plants and LNG tanks worldwide.
